Meet Alexis Zotti, MSW, LGSW
Hello! I am so glad you’re here. My name is Alexis, I graduated from The College of Saint Scholastica in 2022 with my Masters of Social Work and am currently practicing as an LGSW. I was born and raised in Duluth, MN and am currently living in Wisconsin. Outside of work you can find me doing things with family, friends, or my pets!
For as long as I can remember, I have had a strong passion for helping and supporting others. I understand that as you enter into my office, you’re entering with your own unique set of challenges, needs, and personal history. I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where we can work together to unpack whatever is troubling you and causing distress in your life. My main goals for our time together is to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, heard, understood, and more confident as you reach your identified goals.
My Therapy Philosophy
I work mostly with adolescents and adults (13-40 years old) experiencing struggles such anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges (parental, peer, romantic), disordered eating, self esteem issues, trauma, and challenging family dynamics. I work with individuals but encourage support to join as needed and as it is beneficial to treatment.
I utilize a wide range of different therapeutic modalities and techniques such as person-centered, acceptance and commitment therapy, strengths based, humanistic approach, and solution-focused interventions as well as mindfulness to best fit your needs.
I will remind and encourage you to approach with kindness and curiosity as we challenge you, foster growth, and build our therapeutic relationship.
